Thank you to every vendor who set up at the Bayou City Event Center on October 3. The next Market Pop-Up is Saturday, February 13 — same room, one flat rate, and tables are booking now on the Feb 13 floor plan.

How booking works

Same three steps for every pop-up. Tables for February 13 are booked on that show’s vendor page.

STEP 1

Choose your table

Open the Feb 13 floor plan, submit your business details and pick the placement you want.

STEP 2

Pay $125 per table

Payment happens on the floor plan. Your placement is secured once payment clears.

STEP 3

Get your load-in time

Timing, entrance and check-in instructions are emailed before show day. Bring a cart.

Before you book

  • Choose the table first. Payment on its own does not reserve a placement.
  • One flat rate — no premium or sponsor tiers at a pop-up.
  • Two badges come with your table. Extra vendor badges are $20 each.
  • Tables are limited. A pop-up room is a fraction of the size of a two-day show.
  • Bring carts and your own display materials so setup moves fast.
  • All table purchases are final. Vendor tables are non-refundable.
