Event-ticket and vendor table refund policy

Event-ticket and vendor table purchases from The Syndicate Trade Show are final sale. We do not offer refunds for event tickets or vendor tables.

Digital ticket delivery

Tickets are digital. Nothing will be shipped. Tickets are emailed as a PDF after payment and can be shown on your phone or printed for check-in.

For guest tickets, each guest receives a separate ticket page with a unique QR code. For group purchases, you can show the codes together or share individual ticket pages with your guests.

Check-in and re-entry

At entry, staff scan your guest ticket and provide the appropriate wristband. Keep your wristband on for re-entry on its valid day or days. Removed wristbands require a new purchase.
