How booking works

Three steps, in this order. Tables unpaid after 48 hours go back on the floor plan.

Open the floor plan below, submit your business details and pick the placement you want.

STEP 2

Pay within 48 hours

Use the February vendor payment link. Unpaid tables are released back to the plan.

STEP 3

Venue and load-in by email

The room is being finalised. Venue, hours, load-in timing and check-in all come by email before show week.

Before you book

  • Choose the table first. Payment on its own does not reserve a placement.
  • One flat rate for the day — no premium or sponsor tiers at a pop-up.
  • Tables are limited. A pop-up room is a fraction of the size of a two-day show.
  • Extra vendor badges are $15 each at a Market Pop-Up.
  • Bring carts and your own display materials so setup moves fast.
  • All table purchases are final. Vendor tables are non-refundable.
