Pay on the floor plan
Pay on the floor plan when you choose your table. Your table is confirmed after payment is verified.
Load-in details by email
The show is at Bayou City Event Center. Load-in timing and check-in instructions are emailed before show week.

Before you book
- Choose the table first. Payment on its own does not reserve a placement.
- Standard table — $125. One 8 ft × 2.5 ft table and two vendor badges for the day. No Premium or Sponsor tiers.
- Tables are limited. A pop-up room is a fraction of the size of a two-day show.
- Extra vendor badges are $20 each for this event.
- Bring carts and your own display materials so setup moves fast.
- All table purchases are final. Vendor tables are non-refundable.
