How booking works

Choose a table, sign in, then pay to confirm your spot.

STEP 1

Choose your tables

Pick up to four available numbered tables on the Grand Ballroom floor plan. Select Continue to start your hold.

STEP 2

Confirm with payment

Sign in or register with MyShowBoss, review your table numbers and any add-ons, then acknowledge the purchase policy and pay through Shopify.

STEP 3

Get ready for load-in

MyShowBoss confirms your tables after payment is verified. Vendor load-in hours will be announced once the venue confirms them.

  • Complete payment before the deadline shown. A selection or temporary hold is not a confirmed booking.
  • Vendor purchase policy: No refunds, no exceptions. You must acknowledge this before payment.
