How booking works
Three steps, in this order.
Choose your table
Open the floor plan below, submit your business details and pick the placement you want.
Pay on the floor plan
Payment happens on the floor plan when you choose your table. Unpaid tables go back on the floor plan.
Get your load-in time
Timing, entrance and check-in instructions are emailed before show week. Bring a cart.

Before you book
- Choose the table first. Payment on its own does not reserve a placement.
- Badges included: 2 with a standard table, 3 with a premium table, 10 with a sponsor package. Extra badges are $20 each.
- Same room as our Halloween show — if you vended Orlando in October, you know the floor.
- Bring carts and your own display materials so setup moves fast.
- All table purchases are final. Vendor tables are non-refundable.

$40 for the weekend. A 34″ × 22″ clear-view locking case, waiting at your table.

Your table comes with 2 badges, 3 with a premium table, or 10 with a sponsor package. Need more hands behind the table? Extra badges are $20 each and are collected at check-in under your business name.

Post it to your store page and your stories. Five days before Christmas, the more collectors in the room the better your weekend goes.
