How booking works
Select tables, start a 15-minute hold, then sign in and complete Shopify checkout.
Choose your tables
Select available spaces on the floor plan. Continue to start a 15-minute hold while you sign in or register with your vendor email.
Complete checkout
Pay from your My Show Boss reservation. Your selected tables are confirmed after verified payment; a separate payment does not reserve a placement.
Have your vendor QR ready
Your confirmed booking and check-in QR are managed in My Show Boss. Load-in and unloading instructions will be confirmed before the show.

Before you book
- Standard table—$125. One 8 × 2.5 ft table and two vendor badges for the day.
- No Premium or Sponsor tiers. Choose the available placement that works for your business.
- Select your tables before checkout. Complete payment from your reservation.
- Additional badges are $20 each. An extra badge does not include or reserve a table.
- Use the same email for your vendor account and checkout.
- All table purchases are final. Vendor tables are non-refundable.
