Before you book

  • Choose the table first. Payment on its own does not reserve a placement.
  • Complete payment for your booking. Follow the payment deadline shown for your reservation.
  • Match the tier you picked — Standard or Premium — on the payment page.
  • Extra vendor badges are $20 each. Use Buy a badge for additional vendor access; a badge purchase does not reserve a table.
  • New Year’s weekend — kids are off school and holiday money is still in pockets.
  • Bring carts and your own display materials so setup moves fast.
  • All table purchases are final. Vendor tables are non-refundable.
