How booking works

Three steps, in this order. Tables unpaid after 48 hours are subject to cancellation unless you have arranged otherwise with us.

STEP 2

Pay within 48 hours

Pick Standard or Premium on the payment page to match the placement you chose.

STEP 3

Get your load-in time

Timing, entrance and check-in instructions are emailed before show week. Bring a cart.

Before you book

  • Choose the table first. Payment on its own does not reserve a placement.
  • Pay within 48 hours or the table is subject to cancellation.
  • Match the tier you picked — Standard or Premium — on the payment page.
  • New Year’s weekend — kids are off school and holiday money is still in pockets.
  • Bring carts and your own display materials so setup moves fast.
  • All table purchases are final. Vendor tables are non-refundable.
