How booking works

Three steps, in this order. Tables unpaid after 48 hours go back on the floor plan.

Open the floor plan below, submit your business details and pick the placement you want.

STEP 2

Pay within 48 hours

Use the Austin vendor payment link. Unpaid tables are released back to the plan.

STEP 3

Get your load-in time

Timing, entrance and check-in instructions are emailed before show week. Bring a cart.

Before you book

  • Choose the table first. Payment on its own does not reserve a placement.
  • Pay within 48 hours or the table goes back on the floor plan.
  • It is a 70-table room. Smaller than our other two-day shows, so placements go quickly.
  • Use accurate business details — check-in matches your business name and order.
  • Bring carts and your own display materials so setup moves fast.
  • All table purchases are final. Vendor tables are non-refundable.
