Load-In & Setup

Read This Before Show Day

Make sure your setup timing is locked in early so the morning stays smooth for everyone.

Load-In Windows
  • Friday 27th: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • All vendors must be set up by: 9:00 AM
  • Carts NOT allowed in after: 8:50 AM

Parking / unloading: You can park on the side of the building. The load-in map is shared in the IG vendor group — DM if you need access.
