Normal Vendor — $250
Includes:
- 1 six-foot vendor table
- 2 vendor badges

Premium Vendor — $300
Includes:
- 1 table
- 3 vendor badges
- Premium placement near higher-traffic areas where possible
- Logo on venue screens (rotating slide)
- Dedicated social media spotlight as a “Premium Vendor”
Best for: Vendors who want better placement and extra promotion.
Sponsor Vendor — $1,500
Includes:
- 5 tables
- 10 vendor badges
- Top-priority placement and early table selection
- Logo on vendor & staff badges (where available)
- Logo on venue & stage screens
- Multiple MC shoutouts throughout the weekend
- Priority consideration for future Syndicate events
