We are back in Kansas City, in a bigger room at the KCI Expo Center — and tables are $150 for the weekend. Two full selling days, free parking, right off I-29 by the airport. Tables are booked on the floor plan, so you pick your exact spot and pay for it in one go.

How booking works

Tables are sold on the floor plan, not as a separate checkout. You choose the exact spot you want and pay for that spot.

STEP 1

Choose your table

Open the floor plan, submit your business details and pick the placement you want.

STEP 2

Pay on the floor plan

Payment happens right there, on the table you selected. Your placement is secured once it clears.

STEP 3

Load in Saturday morning

Vendor load-in is 6:00–9:00 AM Saturday. Entrance and check-in details are emailed before show week. Parking is free.

Before you book

  • Tables are booked on the floor plan. Pick the placement you want and pay for it there — there is no separate table checkout.
  • Badges included: 2 with a standard table, 3 with a premium table, 10 with a sponsor package. Extra badges are $20 each.
  • Load-in is Saturday 6:00–9:00 AM. Be set up before doors at 10.
  • New venue for us — the KCI Expo Center is a bigger room than our September show, so there is more floor to go around.
  • Free parking on site and easy access off I-29 by the airport. Bring carts.
  • Tables are limited and may sell out. All table purchases are final — vendor tables are non-refundable.
