How booking works

Three steps, in this order. The table is not held until payment clears.

Open the floor plan below, submit your business details and pick the placement you want.

STEP 2

Pay for it

Use the Houston vendor payment link. Tables left unpaid for 48 hours go back on the floor plan.

STEP 3

Get your load-in time

Timing, entrance and check-in instructions are emailed before show week. Bring a cart.

Before you book

  • Choose the table first. Payment on its own does not reserve a placement.
  • Pay within 48 hours of selecting, or the table is released unless you have arranged otherwise.
  • Watch your email for load-in timing, entrance and check-in details.
  • Have your business name ready at check-in to collect badges and confirm your spot.
  • Bring carts and your own display materials so setup moves fast once vendor access opens.
  • All table purchases are final. Vendor tables are non-refundable.
