How booking works

Use the Houston October vendor payment link. Your placement is secured once payment clears.
Get your load-in time
Timing, entrance and check-in instructions are emailed before show week. Bring a cart.

Before you book
- Choose the table first. Payment on its own does not reserve a placement.
- Make payment or the table is subject to cancellation.
- Use accurate business details — check-in matches your business name and order.
- Have your display and staff ready so setup moves fast once vendor access opens.
- Bring carts. It is a hotel ballroom, so the walk from the dock matters.
- All table purchases are final. Vendor tables are non-refundable.

$40 for the weekend. A 34″ × 22″ clear-view locking case, waiting at your table.
Reserve a displayAlready reserved tables? Make a payment
For tables reserved with the organizer, use your reserved table type and quantity and the same booking email.
